With an impressive array of accolades and a wealth of experience spanning over 35 years, Chef Wade's expertise shines through in every dish he creates. As a Certified Chef de Cuisine (CCC), Certified Pro Chef 2, and Culinary Masterworks instructor, his commitment to excellence and innovation has left an indelible mark on the culinary landscape.
Chef Wade's illustrious career includes notable roles at presigious establishments such as the Swiss Hotel Atlanta, Trotters Resturant, Buckhead Life Resturant Group in Atlanta, Executive Chef of Nashille Bridgestone Arena, Deutsche Bank, and Executive Chef of Sporting Kansas City. His training includes education at the Micheilin-starred restaurant Arthur's in Nashville, further solidifying his reputation for culinary mastery.
Educated at renowned institutions including St. Helena Culinary Institute in Napa Valley and the Culinary Institutute Hyde Park New York, Chef Wade continues to expand his knowlege through continued education programs such as Culinary Masterworks.
